Note: Because
of the time required to perform the multiple scans, virus removal
on desktops and laptops will be performed for the fixed
prices below only at our repair
shop. The time required for on-site virus removal varies
depending on the severity of the infection, and is
billed at our regular
hourly rate of $65 per hour ($75 for the first hour
outside of our free delivery zone).
Option
One:
Targeted
Virus & Trojan Removal ($65
to $124, depending on the severity of the infection.

Here's
what we do:
-
Using
special software, we clean your computer of unneeded
cache files, temp files, log files, etc to make step
two go faster and free up disk space.
-
We
scan
your computer using several special antivirus, spyware
and adware removers.
-
We
locate and manually remove malware that our antivirus,
antispyware and antiadware programs flagged, but could
not automatically remove.
-
We
disable unneeded startup applications and uninstall
unnecessary browser add-ons.
-
We
perform a registry scan and remove registry errors.
-
We
immunize your computer with certain software
tools to help prevent reinfection.
If
you have an extremely tough infection,
or
your PC is running slowly, Option Two below is
recommended instead, and may even be necessary.
Note:
If your computer is infected with malware that will
flash pornographic images before our eyes while we are working on it,
we won't repair it using this option
because we don't want to see the images. If Option Two below won't do,
please turn to another business for help.
Option
Two:
Remove all Malware and Make My PC Run Like New
Again ($149

software & installation is included if needed).
This
is our premium virus removal service. we not only
guarantee
that
it will completely erase
all
viruses,
trojans, spyware, and adware.from your operating system
and browser,
but also
guarantee
that it will also make your
Windows PC
run like new again
(provided it has no hardware damage).
Here's
what we do:
1.
First, we backup your data files, including email,
bookmarks, address books, email accounts, documents,
spreadsheets, photos, videos, etc. Up to 10 GB of data
transfer is included. The cost is $1 for each
additional GB.
2.
Next, we extract serial numbers from your operating
system and Microsoft Office using special software.
3.
Then, we extract device drivers from your system using
special software.
4.
Following that, we reformat your hard drive. This
erases all viruses, trojans, spyware, and adware.
5.After
that, we install and re-activate your operating system
and Microsoft Office, including the latest service
packs and updates.
6.
Then, after scanning the backed up files first for
malware, we restore your data files, emails and address book.
7.
We configure your computer to connect to your router
and the internet again.
8.
Next, we reinstall your antivirus software, free
personal antivirus software, or a premium antivirus
trial software.
9.
Lastly, we Immunize your system to help prevent
infections in the future.
10.
We reinstall your printer software.
Here's
what you will need to do:
1. Since
the backups can take a long time, plan to drop off
your PC, or to have us pick your computer up and
deliver it after the work is completed.
2. Provide
us with the operating system and
driver CDs that came with your PC. If you no
longer have them, in most cases, we will have the
correct disk, or there
will be a special partition on your hard drive
containing them. Also, provide us with your MS Office
install disks. If you no
longer have them, in most cases, we will have the
correct disks. If not, you can always opt for PC
Tune-up option number one (above) instead.
3.
Provide your login and email address passwords to us.
4. You
will need to reinstall your other programs, or
optionally, we can install them for you (if you provide
us with the disks) at our regular hourly rate of
$65/hr.
Note:
Please do not bring me a PC that will flash porn
before my eyes. In such a case, you are on your own! I
will not work on it.
Option
Three:
Reformat
and reinstall operating system ($59).
If
you can't afford the options above, and don't mind doing
some of the work yourself, this is the most inexpensive
option.
Here's
what we do for you:
1.
Extract your operating system and Microsoft Office
serial numbers using special software.
2.
Reformat your hard drive. This removes all viruses
trojans, adware and spyware.
3.
Reinstall your operating system.
4.
Reinstall hardware drivers.
5.
Install free antivirus software.
Here
is what you must do:
1.
Backup all of your files to CD, DVD, a flash drive,
or a portable hard drive before you bring your PC to
us, since reformatting will erase all of them.
2. Provide
us with the operating system and
driver CDs that came with your PC. If you no
longer have them, in most cases, we will have the
correct disk, or there
will be a special partition on your hard drive
containing them.
3.
Reinstall your applications and printer software
after you pick up the PC from us.
