1. Setting
up and configuring your Small Business Server (if your
network requires one). This includes
Active Directory Services setup (including usernames,
passwords, and computer names), DNS and DHCP setup,
sharing
directories and databases, and implementing group policies. At your
option, I can also configure the
following features which are included with SBS 2008:
Exchange email, Sharepoint, Fax Services, VPN,
and Remote Web Workplace. Click here

2. Setting
up IP addresses and DNS, computer names, passwords, and
user profiles on all workstations.
3. Setting
up your router, firewall, and wireless access points.
4. At your
option, I can setup remote desktop on each computer so
that I can provide remote business support. My remote
support costs less than my on-site support - $60/hr
for up to 5 hrs/month, or $55/hr for 5+ hrs/month.
5. Backup
installation.
6. Network
Printer/Fax/Scanner setup and sharing.
7. Complete
documentation of usernames, passwords, IP Addresses, and
licenses.
8. On-site
support and training as needed, as well as remote
support as needed.
Cost:
$65/hr during installation. Afterwards, $65/hr for
on-site support within our free delivery zone. Outside
the zone, on-site support is $75 for the first
hour per trip, and $65/hr thereafter. Remote support is $60/hr
for up to 5 hrs per month, or $55/hr for 5+ hrs.
