If you live outside our free pickup zone, don't fret! We will still pick up your PC if you live in Kennesaw, Acworth, Holly Springs, Canton, Woodstock, Marietta, or Smyrna, but a $75 minimum repair charge will apply. However, you may also: 

  1. Drop off your PC. Since our business is home-based, please call us before leaving to drop it off. Click here for directions.

  2. Call to schedule on-site service. We provide on-site service outside our delivery zone to Kennesaw, Acworth, Holly Springs, Canton, Woodstock, Marietta, and Smyrna. Onsite rates are $75 for the first hour (1 hour minimum) and $65/hr thereafter, billed in 15 minute increments.

  3. Receive Remote Support. If your PC has not slowed to a crawl, you have a high-speed internet connection, and your problem is not hardware related, we can usually provide remote support. Rates are $50/hr.
