as well as remote support, to businesses too small to hire
a fulltime computer professional.
This
includes new
workstation and server
installation and setup, printer
setup and sharing, email and email signature setup, antivirus installation, virus,
trojan, spyware and adware removal, file sharing, QuickBooksTM
network support,
backup solutions,
deleted file recovery, smart-phone email setup (including I-Phone), Exchange desktop to laptop email
synchronization, and
advanced troubleshooting.
Having
trouble with your network? We also provide computer
network diagnosis and repair, including repair following
lighting damage.
In
addition, we provide replacement estimates for wiring and
equipment following lightning damage for insurance claim
purposes.
Cost:
$65/hr for on-site support within our Free
Delivery Zone. Outside the zone, on-site support
is $75 for the first hour, and $65/hr thereafter. Remote
support is $60/hr for up to 5 hrs per month, or $55/hr for
5+ hrs.
